"No", "Slow", "Grow" and "Go"
God always answers prayer
When the idea is not right, God says "No."
"No" when the idea is not the best,
"No" when the idea is absolutely wrong,
"No" when though it may help you, it could create problems for someone else.
When the time is not right, God says, "slow"
What a catastrophe it would be if God answered every prayer at the snap of your fingers.
Do you know what would happen?
God would become your servant, not your master.
Suddenly, God would be working for you, instead of you working for God.
Remember: God's delays are not denials. God's timing is perfect. Patience is what we need in prayer
When you are not right God says "grow"
The selfish person has to grow in unselfishness.
the cautious person must grow in courage.
The timid person must grow in confidence.
The dominant person must grow in sensitivity.
The critical person must grow in tolerance.
The negative person must grow in positive attitude.
The pleasure seeking person must grow in compassion for suffering people.
When everything is right God says "Go"
Then miracles happen:
Our hearts are set free!
We become part of the journey instead of creating the journey.
The doubter becomes a child in his belief.
Healing begins!
The door to your dreams suddenly swings open and there stands
God saying, "Go"

Dear Ann. I am blessed beyond belief to have found your blog. I am a Mom with 4 children who homeschools, living in California. I already have a little girl with DS but one trip to the Reece's Rainbow website and I think I am on a path.....our family....to adopt a child. I feel excited, scared, powerful and weak all at the same time. There are so many obstacles and yet in my heart...I simply cannot stand by and watch another child be left in a field or sedated in a crib while I stand by. Giving money is good but adopting is possisble and powerful. I hope it is ok that I join you in prayer and peek in at your experiences as you guys do this! I have so many questions and so many prayers being lifted up right now. Thank you for this! I am so excited for your family!
